Millennials were born between 1987 and 2000. They need: > Soft skills, such as communication, listening, patience, and relationship building. > Job rotation skills, as Millennials will probably be moved to another position by the employer within two years. > A strong company culture, because without such, Millennials will probably have a stronger influence on the company’s culture, than the company will have on theirs. > Informal learning, preferably on-the-job. > Leadership development, as Millennials will probably be quickly promoted to managerial positions. This according to the Association for Talent Development’s 2016 study entitled Leadership Development for Millennials, which surveyed 592 business and learning professionals.
