Do Millennials really lack soft skills?
5/8/2016
That’s the question asked by Dan Schawbel of www.WorkplaceTrends.com.  His research findings indicate that 66% of Millennials (those born between 1982 and 1993) self-reported they had good leadership skills, especially in initiating conversations with a digital handshake.  In addition, 51% felt they had good communication skills.  Another finding was that Millennials prefer online, as-needed, just-in-time training over traditional large-group, printed-manual delivery.

Lesson-Up.net provides online, as-needed, just-in-time training on all Soft Technical Skills.
