His research findings indicate that 66% of Millennials (those born between 1982 and 1993) self-reported they had good leadership skills, especially in initiating conversations with a digital handshake. In addition, 51% felt they had good communication skills. Another finding was that Millennials prefer online, as-needed, just-in-time training over traditional large-group, printed-manual delivery.
