Holding high-stakes conversations 4. Learning self awareness, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness 5. Training the brain to focus sharply and at depth 6. Holding oneself accountable
He prefers to call these human skills. He suggests that calling them soft skills makes them seem expendable. However, he gives no suggestion as to how employees might be trained and assessed on such skills.
