Is work ethic more important than hard skills?

In a survey of hiring managers, about 85% said having a strong work ethic was the most important skill for a perspective employee to have.  Most companies are hiring talent based on soft skills like attitude and hard work, with the hope that they can train them to be up to par on things like tech skills and industry knowledge, said David Bell, Instructure's vice president of corporate markets.  Read more of Chad Brooks' article at http://www.businessnewsdaily.com/7860-skills-employers-want.html
