What is microlearning?
3/6/2016
Microlearning is the process of acquiring content – learning – in small, "bite-sized” chunks.  Also known as "chunking,” the technique provides each employee with easily accessible bits of pertinent information needed just-in-time to fulfill job tasks.

According to Microlearning: Small Bites, Big Impact from Axonify (www.axonify.com), programs of microlearning are used successfully by such companies as BLOOMINGDALES, ETHICON, WALMART LOGISTICS, and TOYOTA.
