Soft skills are a top hiring priority. A 2014 survey by CareerBuilder revealed that 77% of employers seek candidates with desirable soft skills. Of those, 16% felt that these qualities were more crucial than hard skills. The reason – hard skills can be learned on the job, while soft skills need to be mastered prior to job entry.
