What is the Think Red framework for critical thinking?
1/6/2019
Pearson Publishing’s Talent Lens at www.TalentLense.com suggests this three-step Think Red framework to enhance the process of critical thinking:
   > Recognize and expose the assumptions – Separate facts from opinions.  Reveal implicit assumptions.  Make sure you are solving the right problem.
   > Evaluate the information and arguments – Be precise as to what you need to know.  Make sure the information is relevant and accurate.  Process the information objectively.
   > Draw your own conclusions – Your conclusion must fit the evidence.  Will it achieve the goals?  To what degree does your conclusion follow logically from the data?

Our Lesson-Up lesson on Critical Thinking in the Workplace accommodates this framework.
