Google Duplex is an artificial intelligence chat agent that can carry out specific verbal tasks over the phone, such as buying a product, making a reservation, or setting an appointment.  The AI agent uses advancing technology to sound and behave as if you were talking with a real person.  That would be the moment of singularity.  What might happen if robo-callers get this?
