Are you burned out on the job?

According to a recent Deloitte survey of 1,000 full-time U.S. employees, 77% have experienced burnout in their current job, and more than half have experienced the feeling more than once.

How can you manage your burnout?
     >  Establish a healthy work-life balance.
     > Take real weekends and holidays.  Don’t just keep "kinda working” 
              even tho you’re not on the clock.
     >  Explore flexible work options and patterns.
