According to recent research from Deloitte, by 2030 two-thirds of all jobs will depend more on soft skills than hard skills.  The 4 soft skills needed now are:

> Written communication skill with instant messaging 

> Seizing opportunities for learning and growth

> Respecting co-workers in a contentious environment of sexual innuendoes

> Self-forgiveness by avoiding perfectionism
