What is the Yerkes-Dodson Curve?
11/19/2017
The Yerkes-Dodson Curve plots the relationship between the amount of stress a person has, as related to how well they perform at a given task.  The Yerkes-Dodson Curve is not the same for everyone.  Each of us has a "sweet spot” on the Curve.  Some people are near their sweet spot most of the time and get work done.  Others are low-arousal folks that seem to need a small thermonuclear device detonated under their feet before they can get anything accomplished.

This and further definition of self-motivation, especially on the job, and 20 other Key Questions are answered in the new lesson on Motivation on the Job.  The entire lesson is online, including the eText, ePlan, PowerPoint, eQuiz, and eSurvey.  This one of the six lessons in the Cluster of Personal Strengths.

If you are a current subscriber, the entire lesson is now available to you.  If your subscription has lapsed or you want to start a new one, simply go online to www.Lesson-Up.net, click on ORDER, and follow the prompts.
