This employer is.  That’s what this recently-published want ad is specifying.  As a job applicant, how do you show that your are a "motivated individual?”

 

Easy!  Become credentialed in the Soft Technical Skill of Motivation on the Job.

How?  Learn the content of the lesson.  Pass the Comprehensive Performance Examination.  Add the credential badge to your resume, then apply.  What could be easier.

The point!  Employers are advertising for job applicants with specific Soft Technical Skills.  Check your local newspaper or electronic bulletin board for examples.  Train for those skills you find wanting.
