I recently asked a panel of cyber security experts how they solve new and vexing problems or issues. In near unison, they said they went online to GitHub to learn if and how other programmers had already solved the same problems. They didn’t stay late and work overtime to solve the problem alone. They reached out to others. This is the essence of social learning. Social learning is acquiring new information from and with each other.
