In a 2008 survey of 2,000 businesses in the state of Washington, employers said entry-level workers were lacking several skills, this according to Larry Buhl in www.military.com.  The six soft skills lacking were:

> Communication Skills

> Teamwork and Collaboration

> Adaptability

> Problem solving

> Critical Observation

> Conflict Resolution
